Unmanned survey vessels
The Seafloor EchoBoat-160™ is an unmanned surface vehicle (USV) specifically designed for precise hydrographic and bathymetric surveys in coastal, inland and harbour waters. It combines professional sensor technology with high mobility and, in many scenarios, replaces the use of manned survey vessels.
The EchoBoat-160 can be carried by two people, offers an operational runtime of up to 8 hours and can be operated remotely or autonomously. Thanks to its modular, interchangeable sensor platform, it can be equipped with single-beam, multibeam and side-scan sonar, ADCP, INS and GNSS/RTK systems, and flexibly adapted to a variety of measurement tasks.
Typical applications include bathymetry, seabed mapping, infrastructure and pipeline inspections, environmental monitoring, and surveys in hazardous or hard-to-reach waters. The EchoBoat-160 thus represents a powerful, safe and cost-effective solution for professional hydrographic projects.
Inspection/surveying of mines, sewage treatment plants, lakes, ports and rivers. Both remote-controlled and autonomous navigation systems are available.
